In-Network Insurance
We are in-network with most major PPO insurances, including those listed below. We do not accept Medicaid. Please call our office to confirm participation with your particular insurance plan. It is your responsibility to ensure your insurance policy is active for your date of service, otherwise additional charges may apply to your visit.

In-House Discount Plan
- $349/yr for the first household member
- $299/yr for any additional household members
Plan includes:
- Two dental exams
- Two periodic cleanings (prophylaxis or periodontal maintenance)
- Two fluoride varnish applications
- Comprehensive and periodic radiographs
- 20% off treatment (products not included)
- Plan active for one year from start date. All exams, cleanings, and treatment must be render during plan active period.
